CONGESTION AT TIMARU.

The new train arrangements are causing hardship to travellers- Last night over 300 passengers arrived by trains from Dunedin and Christchurch, including the Wellington Opera Company, of about eighty performers. The hotels, and boarding houses were unable to accommodate all the travellers, and it islstated that some of the men walked; the streets all night.
