MR BONAR LAW'S PROMISE! (Received May 16, 2 p.m.) LONDON, May 15. Sir Newton Moore, in the 'House of Commons, asked if the Pacific mandates would be issued to Australasia immediately peace was signed. Mr Bonar Law said that it was impossible to make a statement, but he would give an assurance that there would be no unnecessary delay.
