LORD FRENCH'S NARRATIVE.
LONDON, May 13. Lord French's narrative in the "Daily Telegraph" repudiates responsibility for, the events in IWgmm early in October, when the fall of Antwerp was imminent, owing to Lord Kitchener influencing his operations and taking troops north out of Lord French's control. Lord trench criticised the plans to relieve Antwerp and says that Lille, Ofttend and even Zeebrugge might have been saved if troops from England had landed three days earlier.
