DUNEDIN, May 14. In the Supreme Court to-day, Donald Forbes was found guilty of criminal assault on William John Burt, at lloxburgh. and was acquitted on a count of causing actual bodily harm. Sentence was deferred. William Jones wayS ordered to. com© up for sentence when called upon on a dharge of arson, damages and costs having been paid. Daniel Henry Tucker was acquitted on a | charge of having had improper rela-t tions with a girl under 16 years of ape...
