Company, hold an important sale of laud, at Milford on account of Mr Thomas A. Treziae. at Temuka, yester(lav. The land 'comprised about 190 acres (originally forming- part of the famous "Hjverslea" .Estate), and was divided into four blocks, all welt , fenced, watered, and drained',: ■ with coorl road frontages. The sale resulted a a fellows: —
Lot 1.- -39 acres, at £55 per acre, to Mr Frank H. Parke, Milford Lot 2.-36 acres at £53, to Mr W. " IL Davis. Clandoboye.
Lot 3.-58 acres (on this,block are j% sfcdhlfi and outbuildings, insured ■ for £215). at £62 per acre, to Mr John Alexander; Brown. Lot 4.—50 acres, at £60, to Mr Frank H. Parke. ■ ,« .
