(Received May 14, 10 a.m.) LONDON, May 12. The "Echo de Paris" says it has been decided that June 15 will be the last day for the Germans to sign the treaty. President ■ Wilson, "who remains in Paris for the signing expects to sail on June 13. * "'■' * .'
