STOCKHOLM, May 6. ; A speech of Lenin's has been placarded throughout Petrograd, wherein he declared that the Bolsheviki hid performed half their task, securing the victory of the bourgeoisie. The more difficult half was only beginning. The world revolution 'depends on a Bolshevik^" victory over imperialism. The Bolsheviki are resorting to every means, but the mobilisation j results are most unsatisfactory. Regiments proceeding to the front are barely five hundred strong, whereof half desert en route.
