TRIAL OF OTHER OFFENDERS.
Military tribunals are to be set up by tho Allies to take persons accused of acts in violation of the laws and customs of war, and the German Government i& to Tiand over all persons so accused. Similar tribunals are to be set up by any particular Allied Power apahiHfc whose nationals criminal acts have been committed. The accused are to be entitled to name their own counsel, and the German Government is to-undertake to furnish all documents n.nd information the production of which may be necessary.
