The Stock Exchange is buoyant, and business is brisk in most industrials, especially rubbers and oils, but Government stocks are quiet. Consols are «übted s&|. Competition is less' keen for sheepskins. Ten thousand seven hundred were offered and were nearly all sold. Fine crossbrede and good combings were on a • par with last allocation rates, but faulties were cheaper. A fair quantity was bought for France and Belgium, but most were for Home.
