PARIS, May 1. The Aerial Convention, which will he dealt with finally by the Council of Three on Monday, provides that the •'United States, France, Italy and Japan shall each have two representatives on the International Board of Control.-
Britain will have one and each Dominion one. Each other country will also have one. It is claimed -Dominions' interests will be thus protected.
