Mr HoLman states that the increases in prices of coal under Couunuu.»ealth control, will involve an additional payment- of one xnilHon by New South Wales consumers, and that the State Government has instituted an inquiry because of the threat by an arrangement between the employers and employees, that the public should be forced to make up these extra payMELBOURNE, May 2. Mi- Watt announced that for the present, the coal controlling regulations will bo confined to New South Wales.
