LONDON, April 29. Swiss authorities discovered'at Bioscow, the Bolsheviki Government's complete instructions for a revolution in Switzerland to be'attempted in October.
These included a proclamation of martial law at Berne and Zurich, the arrest of Ministers, judges, officials and hostile editors, and also their wives and children as hostages. In the event of resistance, the hostages were to be shot publicly.
