PARIS, April 28. The special correspondent of the Australian Press Association states:—"l hear, on good authority that the German peace delegates will be allowed a fortnight to peruse the Treaty. It is difficult to forecast subsequent events, everything depending on the nature of the German representations. The German delegates to the Peace Conference, fearing, the French barbers, telegraphed to Berlin for hairdressers.
_ There is a barbed' wire enclosure in Versailles Park for the Germans to exercise in.
