The Hon. T. J. Ryan, Prime Alinister of Queensland, attended the International Socialists' .Conference here. German, Austrian and Hungarian delegates were present, including Herr Haase and Madame Kautsky. A resolution was adopted in favour of the fusion of Germany and Austria, accompanied by a measure of self-determina-tion. The conference protested against the invasion of Hungary and denied the right of the Allies to meddle in Hungarian internal affairs. It also demanded the creation of independent States of Finland, Georgia and Esthonia.
