NORTHERN TROOPS WITHDRAWN
(Received April 29, 10 a.m.) NEW YORK, April 28. Despatches from Archangel say that heavy Bolshevik reinforcements, which recently arrived on the northern front for the purpose of opening a heavy offensive against the Allies, were hurriedly withdrawn and sent to *no Viatk front to stem the advance or a Russian anti-Bolshevik army.
