WASHINGTON, April 26. 'Secretary Lane said that it- would be •ujiiust that Jugo-Slavia .should give iFiume to Italy, in view of the necessity of an adequate sea outlet for the W 'Croatian hinterland. The granting of the Italian claims would result in perpetual friction.
