REPATRIATION.

AUCKLAND, April 24

A scathing criticism of the Government in regard to the repatriation of soldiers is contained in the annual report of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association submitted at the annual general meeting held to-night. The report strongly condemns the setting up of a Ministerial Board in connection with repatriation. It states tfliat a Minister of Repatriation should have been appointed, as divided control never yet proved efficient. It also condemns the Government for what it terms its "criminal delay" insetting up the Department.
