I BERLIN, April 13. Rioters at Dresden stormed the Saxon War Ministry, seized the War Minister, Herr Nauring, and threw him into the Elbe. The mob was furious because he refused to receive a deputation of wounded soldiers. He ordered up troops to defend the Ministry, but the mob persuaded them to distribute their rifles amongst the crowd. They found Nauring hiding after he was thrown into the river, and fired on him until he sank. A '
On learning of the murder of Herr Nauring, Herr Noske arranged for the immediate despatch of sufficient troops to Dresden to restore order.
