BERLIN, April 11. The Bavarian Government is of opinion that Bolshevism in Munich will collapse without military action, owrig to the stoppage of foodstuffs. Railway traffic to Munich has already stopped, thus cutting off the coal supplies! An old clothes doaler in Brunswick
issued a proclamation establishing a republic, ordering a general strike, and dissolving the Diet.
