CHBISTCHURCH, April 14. There was an attendance of about 50, including several returned soldiers, at Dalgety's land saleroom on Saturday, when the properties- owned by Messrs Henderson Bros., Methven, were submitted to auction. The sale included the Balrazie Estates Rakaia, which was out m> in seven lots; the Belmont farm, near Methven township; and the Springfield farm, which was originally part of the well-known Springfield Estate.
