REPUBLICAN DELEGATION,
NEW YORK, April 1. A party of South Africans who wish to set up a Republic lias arrived here en route to Paris to attend the Peace Conference.- The party consists of General Hertzog, Senator A. D. Wolinaraus, Rev. Dr. Malan, N. 0. Haveuga, ivI.L.A., W. Halmar Reitz, Gr. JU T y can Pittius, Frederick Beyers, Andreas Spies, Bernardus Stegman, and Ernest Jansen. As no British crew would work the ship carrying them from Capetown, the party sailed in a Dutch vessel.
