LEAGUE OF NATIONS.
LONDON, April 31. | Bishop Frodsham has a powerful criticism of the League of Nations in the "Nineteenth Century," especially in relation to the Pacific. He calls it a theoretical venture and a, glorious dream. He says it will be a world disaster if the Empire is undermined to make room for an imperfectly-thought-out scheme for the building of a Palace of Peace, which may be another Castle in Spain.
