OBSOLETE GUNS OFFERED
(Received April 11, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 8,
The "Daily Express's' Cologne correspondent states that among the German guns surrendered 'at Cologne were four hundred obsolete. Some were used in the Franco-Prussian war, and the most modern were dated 1894. Some rusted on bronze mortars of the 1870 pattern. The German workmen are busy reloading them into trucks, the German Government having been notified that it must replace with modern weapons.
