CHRISTCinniCH, April 10. The seaman in the steamer Putiki who is suffering from a malady which it is thought might, be influenza in its severe form consented to be removed to the Christchurch Hospital yesterday, after having previously refused to be shifted from the vessel. The local health officer, who attended the man, states that it is impossible yet to ascertain whether the complaint from which the seaman is suffering is otlier than a very severe cold;
