APPEAL COURT SESSION.
WELLINGTON, April 7. Nine more cases are set down for hearing at the Appeal Court session, which began to-day. in re T'liompson, a Law Society matter, Mr Kennedy asked that the hearing should be adjourned till June, as Thompson was m gaol. The application was granted, but Thompson was suspended from practice till the Court had dealt with the matter.
