UNREST IN MUNICH.
COPENHAGEN, April 5
A Spartacist upheaval in Munich is inevitable. M. Belakun, the Hungarian Foreign Minister, has arrived. He is reported to be negotiating for a treaty between Bavaria, Russia, and Hungary. A panic prevails among the bourgeoisie, who are fleeing en masse, selling their property at any price. The railway stations are crowded.
LONDON, April 5. Heir Erzberger, who is at Spa, has received a wireless message announcing that a Soviet Kepublic has been proclaimed in Munich.
