In the inter-services tournament New Zealand beat England by 6 points to 3. The match was played at Inverleith, and attracted twenty thousand spectators, including many oversea soldiers. It was a hard, fast game, especially in the ft _■ ward divisions. Storey and Bellis scored tries in the first half, and England scored in the second half. New Zealand is certain to win the unfinished tournament and the King's Cup.
Australia beat Canada by 3S points to nil. Tlie Prince of Wales and Prince Albert were present.
