WEEKLY STOCK AND PRODUCE SALE.
There was a large attendance and an unusually large, entry of young pigs at the weekly stock and produce sale to-day. The "following were the prices realised:—
Poultry—Hens Is 3d to 3s 4d per pair, roosters 3s to 7s, ducks 4s 9d to 6s, geese 6s to 6s 3d. : Pigs—Fats £3 los to £6 17s 6d, porkers 70s to 795, stores 30s to 60s, weaners 6s-6d to 265.
Produce—Potatoes lls to 12s 6d per sack, onions 5s small bags, apples 2d per lb, pears Id per lb. Calves sold at 3s to 245.
