There is little fresh to report in. connection with the oats market. There are Very few offering, as growers are still holding for more than, the prices now being quoted. A few sales take place, and this week a large .line of B Gartons changed hands at 3s 2d at a country station. Growers generally, however/are asking 3s od and 3s 6d. The price of oatmeal has been.reduced and is now quoted at £28 a ton for 251b bags, and £32 for 71b bagsS. There is nothing doing, in the oatsheaf chaff market beyond local trade and small shipments to West Coast. A nominal quotation is £4 to £4 5s at country stations. The potato market advanced during the week and purchases are being made at £6 at country stations, though the market now has an easier tendency

A few partridge peas..are now coming on: the market and sales have been made at 3s 9cl to 4s at country stations, good samples being worth the latter figure. For white peas 5s h>s been offered, but growers are expecting more.

The market price for linseed is now £15 per ton.
