DOUBLE ENCOM'E TAX.
(Received April 5, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, March 27. In the House of Commons, Mr A. Chamberlain announced that Lord CoTwyn would be the chairman of the Income Tax Commission., The Dominions would not be directly represented, but would be consulted with reference to the double income tax. :.'■'■■'■-"'"
Mr Bonar Law said that the Government was considering establishing a Ministry of Commerce.
