BONAR LAW'S STATEMENT.
(Received April 5, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, April 2. Mr Bonar Law, in reply to a question in the House of Commons, said that he was unable to make a statement concerning the Koltchako Government, which enjoyed our support and sympathy, until the Paris Conference decided the Allied policy in Russia.
