The Hungarian revolutionary aiithorities issued a decree that illegitimate children shall have equal rights with legitimates. Two people living together for a* year shall be regarded as "lawfully married." Husbands and wives living apart will be permitted to enter a new marriage, cancelling the former obligations. \
The Red Army received full rations, the lower middle class half rations, and the bourgeoisie a ..most meagre fraction.
