HINTS OF BREAKDOWN.
(Received April 5, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 4. Impatience at the slow progress of the Peace. Conference is increasing.
Correspondents indicate that there are acute" differences- and hint at the possibility of a breakdown. They protest against the selfishness of some delegates, and emphasise the dangers of secrecy. The delegations are working in water-tight compartments, and it is feared that a hastily patehed-up peace will be the result. . v -•■■•■
