CLEARING SALE.

The National Mortgage and Agency.Company held a successful clearing sale a.t Staveley yesterday--in the estate of the,. late T. Gundry. The sale consisted chiefly of dairy cows, which were in cood condition, and, considering the fact that the season is now drawing; to a close, the animals were disposed of at satisfactory prices. The herd aggregated 45 head, which sold at prices ranging-from £7 to £14, thei average being about £10.
