LONDON, March 28. Horace G. Rayner, who was sentenced to death at London on March 22, 1907, for the murder of Mr .W. Whiteley, of Whiteley's Stores, and whose sentence was afterwards, commuted to penal servitude for life, has been released owing to ill-health.
