Lawyers, engineers, physicians, and other educated men are forming trade unions. The new Soviet Housing Councils are seizing the apartments ot: the wealthy in order to house the poor. < 'All objects of art and private possespVi sions are declared to be public .property. ' Religious tuition is forbidden in schools. Belakun declared that terrorism will only prevail if necessary. The British gunboats have left Budapest, but tho food delegates are , remaining.
