MANGIN'S NEW COMMAND

• : General Mangin commands the Roumanian, and Poiish armies; thus there will be-unity of command from the Baltic to the Black Sea.
The Supreme Council' is also re-arm-ing Roumania and sending locomotives and mother equipment, in addition to assisting Serbia in view of the Hungarian 'menace.
