' McMillan party returns

VANCOUVER, August 27

A message from. Sydney (Nova Scotia.) states that the McMillan Arctic Expedition has arrived at Neptune, 'after four years' absence. It has proved the non-existence of Crocker Land, and states that Admiral Peary was deceived by a mirage, which deceived the McMillan party for four days, and then lifted.
