At the meeting of the Lytteifcon Harbour Board yesterday Mr "AlbertKaye was elected chairman of the board and Mr H. F. Nicoll chairman of the Firianco Committee. At the Catholic schoolroom last evening, Privates P. Prendergast andl J. B. ■MtiCormick, who are leaving. New Zealand with the Twenty-sixth Reinfore-emeuts, were entertained by' members'-of '■ the congregation, and presented with pocket wallets. In the absence of the Rev. Father J. J. O'Don-V neU, tlie presentations'' were made by Mr W. J. Cunningham.
