,The newspapers unanimously refuse to bo intimidated by the Austro-Ger-nian Press campaign. They recall the fact that Germany sec the example of increasing military strength. M. Ss&inoff'"(Minister, of Foreign Affairs) states that there is no ground for the present,.excitement, the relations between Russia and Austria being excellent; though strained in 1913.
A semi-official article in the "Bourse Gazette" says that Russia, in the event of war; will no longer act on the defensive, but henceforward will assume the offensive.
