The National Mortgage and Agency Company,, Ltd., held a sucessful clearing sale at Chertsey yesterday, on behalf of Mr J. E. Croy. There was a good attendance, and the lots went off quickly. The following were the sales: " Sheep—s3 fat lambs 20s 7d, 42 fat ewes 13s, 24 2, 4, 6 and 8-tooth ewes 18s 3d, 10 fat wethers 21s 7d, 7 Down rams-Hgns., !2 -}-bred rams stock sale on Thursday, Messrs Friedcalf) £10, 2 heifers at £5 ss, cow (in calf) £6., Horses—Mare (Byrs) £40, black gelding (7yrs) £39, bay gelding (Byrs) £16, bay mare (aged) £38,' bay filly (4yrs) £40, do. £34, bay gelding (aged) £7, bay colt £20, grey colt £19, grey mare (3yrs) £20. implements—Stripper £7 10s, 6-leaf harrows £6 10s, 3-furrow plough £42 10s, set of discs £5 10s, roller £16, grubber £ 455,' C. and D. drill £14 10s. McCormlok. binder £17 10s, dray and frame £17.
Mr H. A. Lloyd conducted a small Hearing sale at Tinwald yesterday, on behalf of Mr-F. C. Clothier.. The following rsprp sold:—
Hack*—Geldbiji (aged) £9 10s. mare (4vrs) -£13. pony' (4yrs) £13. A van sold for 20s, and a 'gig for £16 ss.
At the conclusion of the Mpthven stock sale on Thursday, Mesrs Friedlander Bros., Ltd.. offered for sale a number of farm implements. A roller made £13 10s, a plough. £7 ss, set of discs £7 ss, binder £15, and a drill £24.
