LONDON, March 11
Colonel Seely, in reply to ■Mr A. Henderson, M.P., said ho issued no particular instructions to the South African Government to destroy secret documents.
Mr John, M.P. for Denbighshire, introduced a Bill giving Home Rule to Wales. It provides for a single Chamber and women's franchise.
The Hon. C. E. Hobhouse, in reply to a question, said he was unable to propose penny postage to France.
