NEW ZEALANDERS IN AUSTRALIA.

AUCKLAND, March 11

The balance-sheet of tlio New Zealand cricket team's recent Australian tour was received and severely criticised by the Auckland Cricket Association, which out of a guarantee of £75 received back only £6 9s 10d. The payment of players was particularly resented, and the New Zealand Council was severely criticised for its action in not informing the centres of this fact before guarantees were given. It was resolved to write to the Council traversing the balance-sheet as a whole, and asking for an explanation of ..certain items. The chairman said that if the four principal centres were not more .fairly treated by the central authority they should consider the advisability of seceding frpm that body. '•■;
