; The " Daily Mail "' says that, the Government's decision to increase the term of exclusion to six years was announced to a Nationalist meeting only yesterday. The increased term is attributed to Royal influence.
The "Daily Chronicle" says that thetime limit is not very material. \Viiy should not Ulster have a referendum every throe years. Mr Asquith's proposal meets critics who say that Parliament is not entitled to transfer populations to a new rule without tipeoplo's consent.
The "Daily News" says that the throat of civil war is being used to restore the supremacy of the House of Lords: Ulster -farmers drilled in order to deprive the democracy of the fruits of victory won in/1910." If the Premier's over-generous terms are rejected the country will ask for severe repression oi' a rebel movement.
