The "Daily Telegraph's" New York correspondent says that Miv Roosevelt in all his long-winded messages to Congress, sometimes of 2000 words, never achieved such a triumph as President Wilson's 490 words. Apart from the Hearst Press, American newspapers acclaim President Wilsons honesty, courage, and -statesmanship.
