LONDON, March 7. /The "Morning Post" says that President Wilson's noble appeal to Congress will live in. history. The "Chronicle" says that President Wilson has put himself in the same class as Hamilton and Lincoln. Their difficulties were greater but they fought more popular battles. Neither, ever said or did anything requiring greater exercise of moral .courage than President Wilson's message. -
