MEMORIAL TO MR ASQUITH,
LONDON, March 6.
Three hundred;arid fifty members of tho House of Commons have signed a memorial to Mr Asquith expressing a. desire that Britain should be represented at the Panama Exhibition. They state that tlie abstention probably will be prejudicial to trade, and will also affect the cordial relations with the United States.
