PALMERSTON NORTH, March ?. While attending the Ruamai sale today several farmers, including Messrs Sandilands, of Colyton, and Buchanan, of Kairanga, ate some pickled pork and shortly afterwards were, attacked with ptomaine poisoning. Some were conveyed to the Palnierstqn Public Hospital and others to private -hospitals, where they were attended by Dr. Putnam.
