The weather was again distinctly unfavourable for good marksmanship this morning...;.- The wind was not -Unduly strong at the commencement of the firing, but light rain passed ovw the range at infrequent intervals. Later on the wind at times increased in' violence, and well-known shooters found the conditions very baffling.
