MR ESTELL'S PROPOSAL.
ACCEPTED BY THE MEN.

Although tno idefinite. statements have been made, it is understood that Mr Estell's original proposal to. increase the wages by ss, and make the time 49i hours, lias been submitted, and that the men accepted it.
The masters are considering this means of settlement, and promise to give a decision to-rmorrow morning. The men are prepared to continue the struggle if the masters will not agree to these terms.
